辅导员与导师在医学院校研究生廉洁教育中的作用

摘　　要：在医教协同背景下,医学院校须建立医教深度融合的学生管理模式,医学院校研究生培养应更加倾向于临床,更加强调研究生的临床实践教学和临床专业技能培养。在临床教学中,导师的教育引领作用更加凸显。同时,承担研究生日常教育管理的辅导员成为影响研究生的重要角色。廉洁教育是研究生思想政治教育的重要内容,是医学生必须上好的重要一课。辅导员和导师在研究生廉洁教育中共同发挥着重要作用。着重从导师与辅导员的协同作用入手,探讨研究生廉洁教育的有效措施。Under the background of medical education cooperation and practice integration,medical universities are required to realize a deep integration of medical student management model.Graduate education in medical universities also tends to put more attention on clinical medicine and emphasizes clinical practice teaching and clinical professional skills training.In the clinical teaching and learning,the tutor’s education influence is more important.At the same time,instructors,who are responsible for the daily educational management of graduate students,also play an important role in graduate students’education.Integrity education is an important part of ideological and political education for postgraduates,which is an important lesson that medical graduate students must learn.Instructors and tutors play an important role in the integrity education of postgraduates together.This paper discusses the effective measures of integrity education for graduate students from the cooperation of tutors and instructors.
