回流经历对中学生NSSI行为的影响及儿童期虐待的中介作用

摘　　要：目的探讨回流经历对贵州省中学生非自杀性自伤(NSSI)行为的影响,分析儿童期虐待的中介作用。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样选取了贵州省3901名中学生,自编调查问卷测量中学生回流经历及相关人口学特征,以青少年NSSI行为问卷评价中学生NSSI行为,儿童期虐待问卷(CTQ-SF)评价儿童期虐待,采用中介效应模型分析儿童期虐待在NSSI行为与回流经历间的中介作用。结果贵州省中学生NSSI行为的检出率是22.76%;中介效应分析结果显示,回流经历与中学生NSSI行为得分呈正向关联(直接效应估计值0.377,95%CI为0.070~0.684),情感虐待、躯体虐待及性虐待得分与中学生NSSI行为得分呈正向关联(间接效应估计值分别为0.108、0.084及0.030,95%CI分别为0.033~0.200、0.023~0.167、0.001~0.080)。结论有回流经历中学生较无回流经历中学生NSSI行为检出率高,在回流经历对中学生NSSI行为的影响中,儿童期虐待起部分中介作用。Objective To investigate the mediating effect of childhood abuse in the connection between returned migrant experience and non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)behavior in middle school students in Guizhou province.Methods Using multi-stage stratified random sampling,a total of 3901 middle school students in Guizhou province were selected.Self-compiled questionnaires were used to measure the returned migrant experience and related demographic characteristics of middle school students.The adolescent NSSI behavior questionnaire was used to evaluate the NSSI behavior of middle school students,and the childhood trauma questionnaire-short form(CTQ-SF)was utilized to evaluate childhood abuse.The mediating effect model was used to analyze the mediating role of childhood abuse in the relationship between NSSI behavior and returned migrant experience.Results The detection rate of NSSI behavior among middle school students in Guizhou province was 22.76%.The results of mediating effect analysis showed that the score of returned migrant experience was positively associated with the score of NSSI behavior of middle school students(direct effect estimate was 0.377,95%CI was 0.070-0.684).The scores of emotional abuse,physical abuse,and sexual abuse were positively associated with NSSI behavior scores in middle school students(indirect effect estimates were 0.108,0.084,0.030;95%CI was 0.033-0.200,0.023-0.167,0.001-0.080).Conclusion The NSSI behavior detection rate of middle school students with returned migrant experience is higher than that of middle school students without returned migrant experience.Childhood abuse plays a partial mediating role in the impact of returned migrant experience on NSSI behavior of middle school students.
