摘 要:为解决复合环境因素作用下机场混凝土道面在重载化发展趋势下的表面性能不足的问题,文章提出在砂浆层中铺设玄武岩纤维网格布和抗碱玻璃纤维网格布的方式强化机场道面的表面性能。对紫外照射、氯盐侵蚀、尾焰烧蚀等复合环境作用下的纤维网格布强化道面混凝土开展耐磨试验,结果表明在施加尾焰烧蚀和紫外照射的复合因素时,掺加玄武岩纤维网格布的混凝土在抵抗尾焰烧蚀方面较抗碱玻璃纤维网格布有更好的效果。试验当中的氯盐侵蚀对混凝土表面耐磨性能的影响略大于日光照射的因素。从磨耗试验后混凝土表面单位面积剥落量的大小进行分析,纤维网格布的工作范围主要是磨耗后20~40圈的范围,其对于混凝土耐磨性质的提升限于一定范围之内。复合环境因素组合中各因素对混凝土表面耐磨性能影响大小由大至小依次为:尾焰烧蚀>氯盐侵蚀>紫外照射。In order to solve the problem of insufficient surface performance of the airport concrete road surface under the action of compound environmental factors,the laying of basalt fiber mesh cloth and anti-alkali glass fiber mesh cloth in the mortar layer is proposed to strengthen the surface performance of the airport road surface.The tests of UV irradiation,chlorine erosion and tail flame ablation were conducted.The results show that the concrete mixed with basalt fiber mesh has a better effect than the resistance of the composite factors of tail flame ablation and UV irradiation.The influence of chlorine salt erosion on the wear resistance of concrete surface is slightly greater than that of sunlight exposure.From the size of the concrete surface peeling amount per unit area after the grinding test,the working range of the fiber grid cloth is mainly 20-40 laps after the grinding test,and the improvement of the wear resistance of the concrete is limited to a certain range.In the combination of composite environmental factors,each factors affect the influence of the wear resistance of concrete surface from large to small:tail flame ablation>chloride erosion>ultraviolet irradiation.
