摘　　要：本文系统考察了虚拟现实技术在孤独症儿童临床语言健康服务中的应用现状。考察结果显示,现有研究聚焦这一技术在该领域的有效性验证以及孤独症儿童社交沟通障碍的评估与干预两方面,且在上述两方面都表现出相当的应用价值与潜力。但同时,当前虚拟现实技术在孤独症儿童临床语言健康服务领域仍面临一系列挑战,如语言学理论的缺位以及研究实际落地检验环节的缺失。此外,鉴于虚拟现实技术应用于特殊人群康复领域在我国尚处于初期阶段,本土化技术与产品的开发也是我国面临的重要问题。本文为未来虚拟现实技术在孤独症儿童乃至更多特殊人群临床语言康复领域的创新与发展提供了研究方向,以期进一步推动我国临床语言健康服务的数字化、优质化进程。The study systematically examines the current status of the application of virtual reality(VR)technology in clinical language health services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD).The findings indicate that existing research focuses on two main aspects:the validation of this technology s efficacy in this field and the assessment and intervention of social communication disorders in ASD children.Both aspects have demonstrated considerable application value and potential.However,concurrently,VR technology in clinical language health services for ASD children still faces a series of challenges,such as the absence of linguistic theories and the lack of practical implementation and validation in research.Additionally,given that the application of VR technology in the rehabilitation of special group is still in its infancy in China,the development of localized technologies and products is also a significant issue confronting the country.The study provides research directions for future innovations and developments in VR technology in the field of clinical language rehabilitation for autistic children and even more special group,aiming to further advance the digitization and quality improvement of clinical language health services in China.
