摘 要:成达万高铁渠江特大桥主桥计算跨度为(139+278+139)m,采用墩-塔-梁固结体系,为目前在建时速350 km最大跨度无砟轨道混凝土主梁部分斜拉桥。为了研究主桥结构的动静力性能,采用有限元分析软件建立全桥整体计算模型,进行全桥静力计算和动力分析,计算得出合理的桥梁结构设计参数。结果表明,该桥在施工和运营阶段的强度、刚度和稳定性均满足规范要求;除E2地震作用下,桥塔横梁发生屈服外,其余部位均处于弹性工作状态。另外,采用理论和数值分析方法研究主梁悬浇节段长度、无砟轨道适用性、列车走行性等关键技术,该桥采用挂篮小节段悬浇施工满足工期要求,桥梁短波偏差和长波偏差满足规范要求,具备无砟轨道铺设条件,满足列车时速350 km的运行要求。同时与拱加劲刚构连续梁方案进行技术和经济比较,表明主跨280 m级时部分斜拉桥方案具有较好的经济性。The main bridge of the Qujiang Super-large Brigde of Chengdou-Dazhou-Wanzhou High-speed Railway has a calculated span of(139+278+139)m.The main bridge adopts a pier tower beam consolidation system.It is currently a cable-stayed bridge with a maximum span of 350 km/h for the concrete main beam of ballastless track under construction.In order to study the dynamic and static performance of the main bridge structure,finite element analysis software was used to establish a comprehensive calculation model of the entire bridge,conduct static and dynamic analysis of the entire bridge and calculate reasonable bridge structure design parameters.The results show that the strength,stiffness,and stability of the bridge during construction and operation meet the requirements of the specifications.Except for the yielding of the bridge tower crossbeam under the E2 earthquake,all other parts are in an elastic working state.Theoretical and numerical analysis methods are used to study key technologies such as the length of the main beam suspension casting section,the applicability of ballastless track,and the running performance of trains.The suspension casting construction of the hanging basket section of the bridge meets the requirements of the construction period,and the short wave and long wave deviations of the bridge meet the regulatory requirements.It has the conditions for laying ballastless tracks and meets the operating requirements of a train speed of 350 km/h.At the same time,a technical and economic comparison is made with the arch stiffened rigid continuous beam scheme,and the results shows that the partially cable-stayed bridge scheme with a main span of 280 m has good economic efficiency.
