摘 要:目的:研究氧化锆不同表面处理方法对其与BeautiCem SA树脂水门汀粘接强度影响。方法:制作100件3 mm×3 mm×6 mm氧化锆试件,随机分成5组(n=20),对正方形面依次采取不同处理:对照组、ZB组涂底涂剂、SB组喷砂、ZSB组喷砂加底涂剂、SD组喷砂,前4组用BeautiCem SA树脂水门汀将氧化锆瓷块的正方形面与牙本质粘接,SD组用Duo-Link树脂水门汀进行粘接。每组随机平均分成两份,分别置于37℃恒温水浴箱24 h和6个月,记为老化前和老化后,测试粘接剪切强度并分析粘接断裂模式。结果:每组的粘接剪切强度在老化后均有明显降低(P<0.05);无论老化前后,对照组、ZB组、SD组粘接剪切强度低于SB组和ZSB组(P<0.05);对照组、ZB组、SD组粘接剪切强度无明显差异(P>0.05);SB组、ZSB组粘接剪切强度无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:氧化锆表面喷砂显著提高BeautiCem SA树脂水门汀与氧化锆瓷块的粘接剪切强度,涂底涂剂改善不明显。氧化锆表面喷砂,无涂底涂剂时,其与BeautiCem SA树脂水门汀的粘接剪切强度高于Duo-Link树脂水门汀。Objective:To study the effects of various surface treatments of zirconia on the shear bond strength(SBS)between the BeautiCem SA resin cements and zirconia ceramics.Methods:Totally 100 zirconia specimens were made and randomly divided into 5 groups with 20 pieces in each group,the square surfaces of zirconia ceramics were respectively taken by no treatment(control group),zirconia-primer treatment(group ZB),sandblasting treatment(group SB),sandblasting plus zirconia-primer treatment(group ZSB),sandblasting treatment(group SD).The first 4 groups of zirconia ceramics were bonded to dentin with the BeautiCem SA resin cements,the SD group of zirconia ceramics were bonded to dentin with the Duo-Link resin cements.Each group was divided into two equal parts,respectively placed in 37℃constant temperature water bath for 24 h and 6 months,recorded as before aging and after aging.The SBS values were tested and the adhensive interface fracture modes were analyzed.Results:Compared to before aging,the SBS values of all groups decreased significantly after aging(P<0.05).Both before and after aging,the SBS values of control group or group ZB,SD were lower than those of group SB,ZSB(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the SBS values among of control group,group ZB,SD(P>0.05),the same as between group SB and group ZSB(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sandblasting treatment could improve the SBS between the BeautiCem SA resin cements and zirconia ceramics,zirconia-primer could not improve that.The SBS values between the BeautiCem SA resin cements and zirconia ceramics were higher than those of the Duo-Link resin cements,with the zirconia ceramics sandblasting treatment not zirconia-primer treatment.
