摘　　要：This paper studies the author and historical sources of the Tod work"The Old Torgut North Road Genealogy and the Mongolian Local Situation in the Tarbagatai Region".It is concluded that the author of this document is Batchuluun,who worked as a teacher in the Old Torgut North Road Royal Mansion and enquired into a large number of historical books to complete his writing.
