摘 要:TRT作为一种高效能量回收装置广泛应用于高炉冶炼中,其液压伺服系统油缸不同步会影响高炉炉顶压力调节精度。通过分析得出液压伺服系统两侧油缸摩擦阻力不相等、油缸内外泄露是导致油缸不同步的原因,提出了在导向杆两侧加装防尘伸缩套,对伺服液压系统同步回路增加一套伺服阀控制系统的改进建议,以消除伺服系统油缸不同步带来的影响。TRT is widely used in blast furnace smelting as a kind of high-efficiency energy recovery device,and the unsynchronization of cylinders of its hydraulic servo system affects the accuracy of pressure regulation at the top of the blast furnace.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the friction resistance of cylinders on both sides of the hydraulic servo system is not equal,and the leakage inside and outside the cylinders is the reason for the unsynchronization of the cylinders.It is proposed to install dustproof expansion sleeve on both sides of the guide rod and add a set of servo valve control system to the synchronization circuit of the servo hydraulic system,so as to eliminate the effect of the unsynchronized cylinders of the servo system.
