固本培元视角下罗周彦“元阴元阳”学术思想及临证用药规律研究

摘　　要：本文通过文献挖掘方法,深入剖析罗周彦“元阴元阳”理论在组方用药中的规律与特点。从《医宗粹言》中搜集并整理相关处方,人工筛选罗周彦的原创方剂,运用Microsoft Excel 2024构建处方数据库,对处方中使用的中药频次、性味归经及功效分类进行分析,借助SPSS Modeler 18.0和SPSS Statistics 26.0软件,开展关联规则分析、聚类分析和因子分析,以揭示用药的内在规律。结果表明,筛选后共纳入93首处方,包含中药77味,总用药频次765次;四气5种,总频次765次;五味7种,总频次1255次;十二经总频次2049次。使用频次排名前3的中药分别是甘草、当归、人参;所用药材寒温兼顾,品味以甘味为先,苦辛为辅,归经以入肾经为主;药物作用主要是补虚药、温里药和安神药。药物关联分析,人参-黄芪和人参-白术两种药物组成支持度较高;复杂网络分析,当归-甘草-白芍-人参之间关联性最强;聚类分析得到7类药物组合;因子分析得到8个公因子。故,罗周彦依据“元阴元阳”理论组方,主张阴阳分治;善用甘温、甘寒补虚之品扶正救虚;强调虚实兼顾,以治元气虚损所致虚实夹杂类病证;并贯彻“治未病”的思想,强调表里同治,避免外邪乘虚侵袭人体。To analyze the rules and characteristics of Luo Zhouyan's theory of"Yuanyin Yuanyang"in the formulation of drugs through literature mining.Relevant prescriptions were collected and sorted out from the"Pure Words of the Medical Sect",Luo Zhouyan's original prescriptions were man-ually screened,Microsoft Excel 2024 was used to construct a prescription database,and the frequency,sexual taste attribution and efficacy classification analysis of the Chinese medicines used in the prescription were analyzed,and association rule analysis,cluster analysis and factor analysis were carried out with the help of SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 26.0 software to reveal the internal laws of medication.A total of 93 prescriptions were included after screening,including 77 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,with a total frequency of 765 medications.5 kinds of four gases,with a total frequency of 765 times;7 kinds of five flavors,with a total frequency of 1255 times;The total frequency of the 12 meridians is 2049 times.The top 5 most frequently used Chinese medicines were licorice,angelica,ginseng,white peony,and rehmannia;The medicinal mate-rials used take into account both cold and temperature,the taste is sweet first,supplemented by bit-terness,and the meridian is mainly into the kidney meridian;The main effects of the drug are deficiency tonics,warm medicines and tranquilizers.Drug association analysis showed that the composition of ginseng-astragalus and ginseng-atractylodes was highly supported.In complex network analy-sis,the correlation between Angelica sinensis-licorice-Paeonia alba and Panax ginseng was the stron-gest.Cluster analysis yielded 7 drug combinations;Factor analysis yielded 8 common factors.Luo Zhouyan based on the theory of"Yuanyin Yuanyang",advocates the division of yin and yang.Make good use of sweet and warm,sweet and cold products to help correct and save deficiency;Emphasizing both the virtual and the real,in order to treat the deficiency of vitality and the mixed diseases caused by the deficie
