摘 要:为了进行混合动力系统双轴变速箱换挡控制,需要对输入轴Ⅰ轴、Ⅱ轴和输出轴的转速进行测量。在没有成熟控制器的情况下,基于快速控制原型设备搭建了变速箱控制系统。通过对增量式光电编码器原理进行分析,结合现有快速控制原型设备的特点以及转速不能突变的特性,提出了一种基于快速控制原型的光电编码器测速方法,该方法实现简单,测量结果准确。为了验证所提方法的有效性,在Matlab/Simulink中搭建了相关模型并进行了离线仿真验证,同时在使用快速控制原型设备作为控制器的混合动力系统测试台架上进行了相关试验,结果表明所提方法能够对转速进行有效识别,可以满足项目要求。In order to control the dual axis transmission shift of a hybrid power system,it is necessary to measure the rotational velocity of the input shaftⅠ,input shaftⅡ,and output shafts.A gearbox control system was built based on a rapid control prototyping equipment without a mature controller.By analyzing the principle of incremental photoelectric encoder,combined with the characteristics of existing rapid control prototyping equipment and the feature that the velocity cannot change suddenly,a photoelectric encoder velocity measurement method based on rapid control prototyping is proposed.This method is simple to implement and the measurement results are accurate.In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,relevant models were built in Matlab/Simulink and offline simulation verification was carried out.At the same time,relevant experiments were conducted on a hybrid power system test bench using rapid control prototyping as the controller.The results indicate that the proposed method can effectively identify the rotational velocity and meet the project requirements.
