摘 要:邀请20位田径运动员作为受试者,选择鞋中底邵氏硬度分别为52、62、72的综合训练鞋,对受试者穿着不同训练鞋采取前掌落地、后足落地两种不同落地方式奔跑时的触地阶段生物力学特征进行分析,总结了不同状态下田径综合训练鞋、触地方式等与人体运动损伤之间的关系。结果表明,当综合训练鞋邵氏硬度高时,采取前脚掌触地方式更不容易出现运动损伤;反之,当综合训练鞋邵氏硬度低时,采取后足触地方式更不容易出现运动损伤。In this paper,20 track and field athletes were invited as subjects.Comprehensive training shoes with mid-sole Shore hardness of 52,62 and 72 were selected to analyze the biomechanical characteristics of the touchdown stage when the subjects wore different training shoes and ran in two different touching ways:front foot landing and back foot landing.This paper summarized the relationship between athletic injury in different states of track and field comprehensive training shoes,touching ways and so on.The results show that when the Shore hardness of comprehen-sive training shoes is high,the forefoot touching mode is less prone to sports injury.On the contrary,when the Shore hardness of the integrated training shoes is low,the rear foot touching mode is less prone to sports injury.
