摘　　要：社区规划师在城市发展和社区规划过程中扮演着重要的角色,高校教师角色的社区规划师为社区规划、人才培养都起到了重要作用。文章通过重庆市高校社区规划师团队的实践经验,阐述了在教学和科研支持下,组织大学生志愿者开展公众参与的流程和方法,总结高校社区规划师团队的工作模式,为完善社区规划师制度的可持续性提供借鉴和参考。Community planners play an important role in urban development and community planning processes,and community planners in the role of university teachers play an important role in community planning and talent cultivation.This paper elaborates on the process and methods of organizing college student volunteers to engage in public participation under the support of teaching and scientific research,based on the practical experience of the Chongqing university community planner team.It summarizes the work mode of the university community planner team and provides reference and guidance for improving the sustainability of the community planner system reference.
