摘　　要：环评制度与排污许可制度衔接,对促进现代环境管理工作具有重要意义。文章重点阐述环评制度与排污许可制度衔接的策略,希望在运用环评前期研究、优化排污许可流程、建立信息共享平台及实施持续监控机制策略后,切实衔接环评制度与排污许可制度,以提升环境管理的科学性与实效性,从而达成环境保护工作的预期目标。The connection between the EIA system and the pollutant discharge permit system is of great significance to promote modern environmental management.This paper focuses on the strategy of connecting the EIA system and the pollutant discharge permit system,hoping to effectively connect the EIA system and the pollutant discharge permit system after using the preliminary study of the EIA,optimizing the pollutant discharge permit process,establishing an information sharing platform and implementing the continuous monitoring mechanism,so as to improve the scientificity and effectiveness of environmental management and achieve the expected environmental protection goals.
