摘　　要：智慧物流和数字化供应链的发展对物流人才提出了新的挑战,要求他们不仅具备扎实的专业知识和技能,还需要具备时代创新思维意识和创新能力,这强调了培养综合型人才的重要性,给高校物流人才培养工作带来了新的压力和机遇。鉴于此,文章旨在探讨物流人才培养新趋势,并提出一系列实践策略,以促进中国式物流现代化的高质量发展。文章从构建课程体系、加强教学团队建设、创新教学评价、设计实践教学项目以及加强校内实训等方面出发,探索如何有效地培养现代化智慧物流人才。这些措施将有助于学生全面提升在智慧物流和数字化供应链领域所需的专业技能和创新能力。The development of intelligent logistics and digital supply chain puts forward new challenges for logistics talents,which requires that they should not only have solid professional knowledge and skills,but also have the innovative awareness and ability in the new era.It emphasizes the importance of cultivating comprehensive talents,and brings challenges and opportunities to the logistics talent training in colleges and universities.Based on this,this paper explores the new trend of logistics talent training,and proposes a series of practical strategies to promote the high-quality development of Chinese-style logistics modernization.We will explore how to effectively cultivate modern intelligent logistics talents,from the construction of the curriculum system,strengthening teaching team construction,innovating teaching evaluation,designing practical teaching projects,enhancing on-campus practical training and other aspects.These measures will help students comprehensively enhance their professional skills and innovation capabilities required in the fields of intelligent logistics and digital supply chain.
