摘 要:以粤北脱脂油茶粕为原材料,采用乙醇溶液提取粗茶皂素,再用氧化钙为沉淀剂、碳酸氢铵为转化剂进行纯化。通过单因素试验和正交试验考查了氧化钙添加量、沉淀反应时间、碳酸氢铵添加量和转化时间对茶皂素纯度的影响。结果表明,粗茶皂素纯化最佳工艺条件为氧化钙添加量为油茶粕质量的14%,沉淀时间为2 h,碳酸氢铵添加量为氧化钙质量的2倍,转化时间为1 h,在此条件下茶皂素纯度可达68.10%。Crude tea saponin was extracted from defatted Camellia oleifera meal in northern Guangdong by ethanol solution.Crude tea saponin was purified using calcium oxide as a precipitant and ammonium bicarbonate as a conversion agent.The effects of calcium oxide addition,precipitation reaction time,ammonium bicarbonate addition,and conversion time on the purity of tea saponin were investigated through single factor and orthogonal experiments.The experimental results showed that the optimal process conditions for purifying crude tea saponin were as follows:the amount of calcium oxide added was 14%of the mass of Camellia oleifera meal,the precipitation time was 2 h,the amount of ammonium bicarbonate added was twice the mass of calcium oxide,and the conversion time was 1 h.Under these conditions,the purity of tea saponins could reach 68.10%.
