摘 要:在工业化生产中,一般采用传统有机溶剂对柚皮多酚类物质进行提取,以梅州柚柚皮和绿色溶剂离子液体-低共熔溶液为试验材料和提取溶剂,并运用高效液相色谱串联质谱对所提多酚进行鉴定分析。共检测出柚皮多酚提取物的819种物质,包括43种类黄酮、108种黄酮、78种酚类物质等,进而定量11种多酚化合物,含量从小到大依次为没食子酸、橙皮苷、槲皮素、异槲皮苷、儿茶素、表儿茶素、甜橙黄酮、异甜橙黄酮、异鼠李素、山奈酚、甲基橙皮苷的含量。其中,甲基橙皮苷和异鼠李糖的含量最高,异甜橙黄酮、甜橙黄酮次之,川陈皮素、儿茶素、表儿茶素、山奈酚、异槲皮苷含量较低。In industrial production,traditional organic solvents are generally used to extract polyphenols from pomelo peel.In this paper,Meizhou pomelo peel and green solvent ionic liquid-eutectic solution were used as test materials and extraction solvents,and the polyphenols were identified and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and mass spectrometry(MS).A total of 819 substances of polyphenol extract from grapefruit peel were detected,including 43 kinds of flavonoids,108 kinds of flavonoids,78 kinds of phenolic substances,and then 11 kinds of polyphenol compounds were quantified.From small to large,the contents were gallic acid,hesperidin,quercetin,isoquercetin,catechin,epicatechin,sinensetin,isosinensetin,isorhamnetin,kaempferol and methylhesperidin.The contents of methylhesperidin and isorhamnose were the highest,isosweet orange flavone and sweet orange flavone were the second,and the contents of tangerine,catechin,epicatechin,kaempferol and isoquercetin were lower.
