摘  要:目的:构建医院院感管理人员岗位胜任能力评价指标体系,为培养院感管理人员提供客观的评价标准。方法:通过文献查阅和半结构式访谈,拟定院感管理人员岗位胜任能力评价指标初稿,采用德尔菲法,遴选并邀请全国30名院感、护理、临床医学领域专家对初稿进行修改,通过层次分析法确定各指标权重。结果:两轮咨询专家积极系数100%,专家整体权威系数Cr均>0.8,肯德尔和谐系数0.305~0.314。最终确定了包括一级核心指标4项、二级子指标13项、三级条目指标49项的院感管理人员岗位胜任能力评价指标体系,各维度Cronbach’s alpaha系数均>0.7,各维度KMO值均>0.9,GFI和CFI值均>0.9,表明各指标适配度好,评价体系可信度高。结论:院感管理人员岗位胜任能力指标评价体系构建方法比较合理、科学,可为院感管理人员的选拔、绩效考核、培训发展提供参考。Objective:Construct the evaluation index system of the position competence of the hospital infection control managers,and provide objective criteria for training the hospital infection control managers through scientific evaluation.Methods:The draft of the competency evaluation index of the management personnel of hospital infection control was prepared by literature review and semistructured interview method.30 experts in the fields of the hospital infection control,nursing and clinical medicine were selected and invited to modify the draft with Delphi method,and the weight of the final index was determined by analytic hierarchy process.Results:The positive coefficient of experts in the two rounds of consultation is 100%,and the overall expert authority coefficient Cr in the two rounds of consultation is>0.8;Kendall's harmony coefficient ranges from 0.305 to 0.314.Finally,an evaluation index system for the post competence of hospital infection control managers was determined,which includes 4 first-level core indicators,13 secondlevel sub-indicators and 49 third-level entry indicators.Cronbach and salpaha coefficients of all dimensions were>0.7.KMO values of all dimensions were>0.9,GFI and CFI values were>0.9,and the results showed that the fit of all indexes was good and the reliability of the evaluation system was high.Conclusions:The construction method of the evaluation system of the position competence index of the hospital infection control managers is reasonable and scientific,which provides certain scientific reference value for the selection,performance assessment,training and development of the hospital infection control managers.
