摘  要:针对目前物理化学实验项目缺乏趣味性、创新性和综合性等问题,将经典的Briggs-Rauscher反应(碘钟振荡)改进为4学时综合实验。一方面,探究温度和光照强度对时间节律的影响,加深学生对Arrhenius方程和光化学基础知识的理解与运用;另一方面,结合时空自组织的前沿研究,将该实验由时间维度拓展至空间维度,探索光照强度对空间节律的影响。通过图像处理软件定性表征I2浓度的空间分布,分析空间节律,增强趣味性和探索性,实现科教融合。教学过程中,采用“线上线下”相结合的教学模式,延伸课堂,不仅提高了学生发现、分析和解决问题的能力,而且增强了其创新能力和社会责任感。In response to the issue of lack of interest,innovation,and comprehensiveness in current experimental projects of physical chemistry,this article,based on the concept of inheritance and development,improves the classic Briggs-Rauscher reaction(i.e.iodine clock oscillation)into a 4-hour comprehensive experiment.On the one hand,exploring the effects of temperature and light intensity on temporal rhythm can deepen students’understanding and application of Arrhenius equation and basic knowledge of photochemistry.On the other hand,by combining frontier research on spatiotemporal self-organization,this experiment is extended from the temporal dimension to the spatial dimension,exploring the influence of light intensity on spatial rhythms.Through image processing software,the spatial distribution of I2 concentration is qualitatively characterized to analyze spatial rhythms,enhance interest and exploration,and achieve the integration of science and education.In the teaching process,a combination of online and offline teaching modes is adopted to extend the classroom,which not only improves students’ability to discover,analyze and solve problems,but also enhances their innovation ability and sense of social responsibility.
