医学类专业1+X证书制度下课证融通的路径思考研究

摘  要:医学类高等职业教育发展迅速,但课程与职业资格证书对接存在差距,本文对其课证融通进行探讨,具有现实与理论意义。国内外经验给我们带来启示:应强化职业导向、加强师资建设、完善政策、注重实践。课证融通的理论基础源自职业教育与资格认证的融合,这种融合符合医学教育特点,能够推动教学改革。我校在母婴护理、老年照护、家庭保健按摩、芳香疗法职业技能等级证书课证融通方面进行了实践探索,包括调整课程设置、创新教学方式、优化实践环节、完善评价体系等,取得了一定成果,但也面临课程设置、教师队伍、政策支持、评价体系等方面的问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了相应对策,如优化课程、加强师资、加大政策支持、完善评价体系,以此推动课证融通深入发展。The development of medical higher vocational education is rapid,but there is a gap in the integration of courses and vocational qualification certificates.This article explores the integration of courses and certificates,which has practical and theoretical significance.Domestic and international experiences provide us with inspiration:we should strengthen career orientation,enhance teacher development,improve policies,and focus on practice.The theoretical basis for the integration of courses and certificates comes from the fusion of vocational education and qualification certification,which is in line with the characteristics of medical education and can promote teaching reform.Our school has conducted practical explorations in the integration of vocational skill level certificates in maternal and child care,elderly care,family health massage,and aromatherapy,including adjusting curriculum settings,innovating teaching methods,optimizing practical links,and improving evaluation systems.We have achieved certain results,but also face problems in curriculum settings,teacher teams,policy support,evaluation systems,and other aspects.In response to these issues,this article proposes corresponding measures,such as optimizing courses,strengthening faculty,increasing policy support,and improving the evaluation system,in order to promote the indepth development of curriculum certification integration.
