摘 要:信息技术的快速发展使互联网成为教育的关键组成部分,数字化技术为教师提供了教学新的平台和工具,也为教师的职业道德发展带来了新的挑战。在互联网时代,教师往往面临着网络信息筛选、网络行为规范、网络技术更新迭代、网络信息保护、教师角色转变等问题。针对这些问题,高校应通过加强教师职业道德教育、提供信息化技术支持、构建家校社共育体系、营造以师德为核心的校园文化,全面提升教师职业道德素养,发挥教师在新时代教育工作中示范作用。The rapid development of information technology makes the Internet a key part of education.Digital technology provides teachers with new platforms and tools for teaching,and also brings new challenges to the development of teachers'professional ethics.In the Internet era,teachers are often faced with problems such as network information screening,network behavior norms,network technology updating and iteration,network information protection,and teacher role transformation.In response to these issues,universities should strengthen teacher professional ethics education,provide information technology support,build a family school social education system,and create a campus culture centered on teacher ethics,comprehensively enhance teachers'professional ethics,and give full play to their exemplary role in education work in the new era.
