摘　　要：沟通管理是项目管理的重要组成部分,其贯穿了石化工程设计项目前期、定义阶段、执行阶段的始终。由于工作界面复杂、工作流程长,设计管理团队需要做到良好的沟通管理,保障项目的沟通渠道畅通、信息传递及时、问题快速解决、团队高效协作,进而实现项目的建设目标。Communication management is an important part of project management,running through the early stage,definition stage and execution stage of petrochemical engineering design projects.Due to the complex work interface and long work process,the design management team needs to achieve good communication management to ensure that the communication channels of the project are smooth,the information is transmitted in a timely manner,the problems are solved quickly,and the team collaborates efficiently,so as to achieve the construction goals of the project.
