朱琏针灸联合抗阻训练对膝关节骨性关节炎患者关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析朱琏针灸联合抗阻训练对膝关节骨性关节炎患者关节功能的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2023年12月南海经济开发区人民医院收治的98例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用朱琏针灸疗法联合抗阻训练治疗。比较两组的临床症状、膝关节功能、疼痛程度、炎性指标、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组临床症状、膝关节功能、疼痛程度、炎性指标比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分分别为(24.78±6.20)分、(1.49±0.33)分,均低于对照组的(28.37±6.24)分、(2.38±0.47)分,Lysholm膝关节功能评分为(75.17±7.15)分,高于对照组的(70.14±7.20)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-8水平均低于对照组,转化生长因子-β水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论膝关节骨性关节炎患者联合应用朱琏针灸及抗阻训练可改善其临床症状、膝关节功能,可有效镇痛、抗炎,安全可靠。Objective To analyze the effect of Zhu Lian acupuncture combined with resistance training on joint function of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods Ninety-eight patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to South China Sea Economic Development Zone People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Zhu Lian acupuncture combined with resistance training.The clinical symptoms,knee joint function,pain degree,inflammatory indicators and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the clinical symptoms,knee joint function,pain degree and inflammatory indicators were compared between the two groups,and the differences between the groups were no statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index and Visual Analogue Scale for pain in the observation group were(24.78±6.20)points and(1.49±0.33)points,respectively,which were lower than(28.37±6.24)points and(2.38±0.47)points in the control group.the Lysholm knee function score was(75.17±7.15)points,which was higher than(70.14±7.20)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of transforming growth factor-β was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,and the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined application of Zhu Lian acupuncture and resistance training in patients with knee osteoarthritis can i
