艾灸联合电针疗法对脑卒中后足内翻患者步行功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析艾灸联合电针治疗对脑卒中后足内翻患者步行功能的影响。方法选取2022年1—12月北京中医药大学东直门医院洛阳医院收治72例脑卒中后足内翻患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组采用常规康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用电针联合艾灸疗法治疗。比较两组的足内翻角度、运动功能、步行功能、临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组足内翻角度、简化Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能评定量表评分、Holden步行功能分级量表分级比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组足内翻角度小于对照组,简化Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能评定量表评分高于对照组,Holden步行功能分级量表分级改善情况优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为97.22%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中后足内翻患者采用电针联合艾灸疗法治疗可有效改善其足内翻程度、下肢运动功能、步行功能,且临床效果较好,值得应用。Objective To analyze the effect of moxibustion combined with electroacupuncture on walking function in patients with foot varus after stroke.Methods A total of 72 patients with foot varus after stroke admitted to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Dongzhimen Hospital Luoyang Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The group was treated with routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The Angle of foot varus,motor function,walking function and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,foot varus Angle,simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment Lower Extremity Scale and Holden Walking Function Grading Scale were compared between the two groups,and the differences between the groups were no statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the foot varus Angle of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the score of the simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment Lower Extremity Scale was higher than that of the control group,and the grading improvement of Holden Walking Function Grading Scale was better than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than 77.78% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with foot varus after stroke,the treatment of electroacupuncture combined with moxibustion can effectively improve the degree of foot varus,lower limb motor function and walking function.Moreover,the clinical effect is good and it is worthy of application.
