针刺督脉经穴与神经肌肉激活技术联合血府逐瘀汤治疗对缺血型脑卒中患者的康复效果

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺督脉经穴与神经肌肉激活技术联合血府逐瘀汤治疗对缺血型脑卒中患者的康复效果。方法选择2021年1月—2023年12月宜兴市第六人民医院收治的78例缺血型脑卒中患者为研究对象,以案例排序的奇偶性为标准将其分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组采取针刺督脉经穴治疗,观察组采取针刺督脉经穴与神经肌肉激活技术联合血府逐瘀汤治疗。比较两组患者的症状改善时间、神经功能缺损程度、肢体运动功能与语言功能及并发症发生情况。结果观察组头晕、头痛、恶心呕吐、肢体无力症状改善时间分别为(3.86±0.79)d、(3.14±0.70)d、(2.92±0.65)d、(5.19±1.17)d,均短于对照组的(4.75±1.03)d、(4.27±1.04)d、(3.51±0.83)d、(6.74±1.33)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分为(4.46±0.82)分,低于对照组的(5.93±1.03)分,Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表、中国康复研究中心汉语标准失语症检查表评分分别为(89.32±9.17)分、(48.46±7.58)分,均高于对照组的(82.31±7.79)分、(41.21±6.39)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为7.69%,低于对照组的20.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺督脉经穴与神经肌肉激活技术联合血府逐瘀汤治疗缺血型脑卒中患者可快速改善患者临床症状,促进神经功能、肢体功能与语言功能的恢复,降低并发症发生风险。Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of acupuncture on acupoint of Du Meridian and neuromuscular activation technology combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 78 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to Yixing Sixth People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture at the meridian points of Du Meridian,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture at the meridian points of Du Meridian and neuromuscular activation technology combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.The time of symptom improvement,the degree of neurological impairment,the motor function and language function of limbs and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement time of dizziness,headache,nausea,vomiting and limb weakness in the observation group was(3.86±0.79)d,(3.14±0.70)d,(2.92±0.65)d,(5.19±1.17)d,respectively,which were shorter than(4.75±1.03)d,(4.27±1.04)d,(3.51±0.83)d and(6.74±1.33)d in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of National Institute of Health Stroke Scale of the observation group was(4.46±0.82)points,which was lower than(5.93±1.03)points of the control group,the score of Fugl-Meyer Assessment and Chinese RehabiIitation Research Center Aphasia Examination were(89.32±9.17)points and(48.46±7.58)points,respectively,which were higher than(82.31±7.79)points and(41.21±6.39)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.69%,which was lower than 20.51% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at the acupoints of the Du Meridian and neuromuscular activation technology combined w
