瑞巴派特联合艾司奥美拉唑四联疗法对Hp阳性胃溃疡患者胃黏膜形态及胃肠激素的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨瑞巴派特联合艾司奥美拉唑四联疗法对幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)阳性胃溃疡患者胃黏膜形态及胃肠激素的影响。方法选取2021年2月—2023年9月利津县中医院收治的100例Hp阳性胃溃疡患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用艾司奥美拉唑四联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用瑞巴派特治疗,两组均连续治疗14 d。比较两组胃黏膜形态、胃肠激素及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组腺体密度、黏膜形态、黏膜厚度、炎性细胞浸润程度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃泌素、胆囊收缩素均低于对照组,血清胃动素为(238.69±31.42)ng/L,高于对照组的(202.18±26.54)ng/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用瑞巴派特联合艾司奥美拉唑四联疗法治疗Hp阳性胃溃疡患者,可有效调节胃肠激素水平,加快胃部黏膜恢复,且用药安全。Objective To investigate the effects of quadruple therapy with Rebaptiste and esomeprazole on gastric mucosa morphology and gastrointestinal hormones in patients with helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 100 patients with HP-positive gastric ulcer admitted to Lijin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with esomeprazole quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated with rebaptist on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated continuously for 14 days.The morphology of gastric mucosa,gastrointestinal hormones and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,glandular density,mucosal morphology,mucosal thickness and inflammatory cell infiltration degree score in observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).Gastrin and cholecystokinin in observation group were lower than those of the control group,the serum motilin level was(238.69±31.42)ng/L,which was higher than(202.18±26.54)ng/L in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The quadruple therapy of Rebabapide combined with esomeprazole in the treatment of HP-positive gastric ulcer patients can effectively regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormone,accelerate the recovery of gastric mucosa,and the drug is safe.
