摘 要:传统螺线管线圈磁体供电装置由他励直流电机及其轴带发动机组成[1~4],针对其动态响应慢、稳态精度低以及波形质量差的缺点,提出一种由程控电源直接给螺线管线圈供电的技术方案,提出了一种基于输出电流外环、电感电流内环的双闭环控制策略,能有效解决输出滤波电路与负载组成的LCL电路中存在的输出电压谐振问题。经仿真以及实际工程验证,表明采用输出电流外环电感电流内环的双闭环控制策略的螺线管电流具有稳态精度高、动态响应快、稳定时间短、波形质量明显优于传统螺线管线圈磁体供电装置。The traditional solenoid coil magnet power supply device consists of separately excited DC motor and its shaft belt engine.Aiming at its shortcoming of slow dynamic response,low steady-state accuracy and poor waveform quality,this paper proposes a technical scheme of directly supplying power to spiral pipe coil from program-controlled power source and proposes the control strategy based on output current outer loop and inductor current inner loop that can effectively solve the problem of output voltage resonance in the LCL circuit composed of output filter circuit and load.The simulation and practical engineering verification show that the spiral tube current using the double closed-loop control strategy of the output current outer loop inductor current inner loop has the advantages of high state accuracy,fast dynamic response,short stability time,and significantly superior waveform quality to the traditional spiral pipe coil magnet power supply device.
