摘 要:为定量探究区域经济发展水平与交通可达性的关系,以河北省11个地市为基本研究单元,构建新发展理念下经济高质量发展评价指标体系,测算交通综合可达性水平,并运用熵值法、空间错位分析等方法分析经济发展与交通可达性之间的错位关系。结果表明:河北省各地市交通可达性水平差异明显,自北向南形成“高-低”的分布格局;各地市交通可达性分布格局与高等级综合交通路网空间分布具有明显的一致性;各地市经济发展水平与交通可达性之间存在着空间错位现象,正向错位区主要分布在河北省东北部,而负向错位区主要分布在河北省西南部,仅保定市属于高错位区。研究结果对区域经济与交通发展决策和规划提供参考和借鉴。In order to quantitatively explore the relationship between the level of regional economic development and transportation accessibility,taking 11 cities in Hebei Province as the basic research unit,this paper constructs the development concepts of the high-quality economic development evaluation index system,and calculates the traffic comprehensive accessibility level.The spatial mismatch relation between the indexes is analyzed by entropy and spatial mismatch analysis.The results show that there are obvious differences in the level of transportation accessibility among cities in Hebei Province,forming a distribution pattern of“high-low”from north to south.The spatial mismatch pattern of traffic accessibility is obviously consistent with the spatial distribution of the main skeleton of comprehensive transportation system.There is a spatial mismatch phenomenon between the economic development level and the traffic accessibility.The positive mismatch area is mainly distributed in the northeast of Hebei Province,while the negative mismatch area is mainly distributed in the southwest of Hebei Province.Only Baoding is located in high mismatch area.It is hoped that the research results can provide reference for the decision-making and planning of regional economy and transportation development.
