摘 要:为了对我国农村学校心理健康教育教师的胜任特征结构进行分析,并编制适合农村学校的心理健康教育教师胜任力问卷。首先通过文献法、行为事件访谈等提出农村学校心理健康教育教师胜任特征的理论结构,然后通过探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析对农村中小学心理健康教育教师进行施测,形成《农村心理健康教育教师胜任力问卷》。该问卷共21个题项,包含知识技能、自我调控、教育情怀3个维度,具有较好的信效度。This study aims to analyze the competency structure of mental health education teachers in rural schools in China and develop a questionnaire tailored to measuring the competency characteristics of such teachers.First,a theoretical framework outlining the competencies of mental health education teachers in rural schools was proposed through literature review and behavioral event interviews,and then the Competency Characteristics of Mental Health Education Teachers in Rural Schools Questionnaire was administered to rural primary and secondary school mental health education teachers through exploratory factor analysis and validation factor analysis.The questionnaire consists of 21 items across three dimensions:knowledge and skills,self-regulation,and educational sentiment,and has good reliability and validity.
