全视网膜激光光凝术联合复合式小梁切除术治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:综合分析在新生血管性青光眼(NVG)的治疗中选择全视网膜激光光凝术(PRP)、复合式小梁切除术联合方案的临床效果。方法:择期选择2022年12月~2023年12月本院收治的84例NVG患者,用随机数表法分成对照组(42例,复合式小梁切除术治疗)和观察组(42例,复合式小梁切除术+PRP治疗)。对两组治疗前、治疗3个月后的眼压、视力水平进行比较,并比较两组的并发症发生情况。结果:在眼压、视力水平方面,两组治疗前的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,均较治疗前有所改善,且观察组视力水平比对照组高,眼压水平比对照组低(P<0.05);在并发症总发生率方面,观察组(7.14%)比对照组(23.81%)低(P<0.05)。结论:对NVG患者实施PRP与复合式小梁切除术是一种十分有效的治疗方法,能够有效改善视力状态,降低并发症,有较高的临床借鉴意义。Objective:To comprehensively analyze the clinical effects of the combination of whole retinal laser photocoagulation(PRP)and composite trabeculectomy in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma(NVG).Methods:84 NVG patients admitted to our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(42 cases,treated with composite trabeculectomy)and an observation group(42 cases,treated with composite trabeculectomy+PRP)using a random number table method.Compare the intraocular pressure and visual acuity levels of the two groups before and after 3 months of treatment,and compare the incidence of complications between the two groups.Results:In terms of intraocular pressure and visual acuity,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups improved compared to before treatment,and the visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the intraocular pressure level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);In terms of the overall incidence of complications,the observation group(7.14%)was lower than the control group(23.81%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination therapy of PRP and composite trabeculectomy is effective for NVG patients,which is beneficial for improving their intraocular pressure and vision,and can prevent complications.It has high clinical reference value.
