摘　　要：目的:探究吞咽治疗仪在老年吞咽障碍患者中的应用价值。方法:选择2022年5月~2023年5月本院收治的84例老年吞咽障碍患者开展研究,随机抽签法分组:对照组(采取常规对症治疗)、观察组(在对照组基础上辅以吞咽治疗仪),每组各42例,对比疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组临床总有效率、SWAL-QOL评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组洼田试水试验评分、呛咳及误吸发生率、白蛋白及血清总蛋白与血红蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:吞咽治疗仪的辅助效果更理想,有助于改善患者吞咽功能,减少并发症,纠正机体营养状况,优化生活质量。Objective:To explore the application value of swallowing therapy equipment in elderly patients with swallowing disorders.Methods:A study was conducted on 84 elderly patients with swallowing disorders admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023.They were randomly divided into a control group(receiving routine symptomatic treatment)and an observation group(receiving swallowing therapy equipment in addition to routine symptomatic treatment),with 42 cases in each group,and the therapeutic effects were compared.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate and SWAL-QOL score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had lower scores in the Wada water test,incidence of coughing and aspiration,as well as lower levels of albumin,total serum protein,and Hemoglobin levels compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The auxiliary effect of swallowing therapy equipment is more ideal,which helps to improve patients’swallowing function,reduce complications,correct the body’s nutritional status,and optimize quality of life.
