摘  要:在细菌内毒素试验中经常会用到梯度稀释,而各种资料里时常会提到“不超过10倍稀释”,认为超过10倍稀释误差会更大。文章通过细菌内毒素试验观察不同稀释倍数下检测结果的区别,认为排除试剂耗材个体差异、人员操作误差等不可控因素,<10倍稀释总体而言优于>10倍稀释,其中尤以2倍稀释最佳。在不考虑成本的前提下,建议使用2倍稀释。Gradient dilution is often used in bacterial endotoxin testing,and various sources often mention`no more than 10 times dilution',believing that errors will be greater if the dilution exceeds 10 times.The article observes the differences in test results at different dilution ratios through bacterial endotoxin testing,and believes that excluding uncontrollable factors such as individual differences in reagents and consumables,personnel operation errors,etc.,dilution less than 10 times is generally better than dilution greater than 10 times,with 2-fold dilution being the best.Without considering cost,it is recommended to use a 2-fold dilution.
