摘　　要：加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery, ERAS)提出27年,引入中国发展17年,在麻醉学提出向围手术期医学发展后获得快速推进,但中国康复医学因为自身学科发展的滞后,并没有充分参与这一进程,并局限了ERAS的长足发展,康复医学、物理治疗学需要从理念更新、学科建设、基础研究、临床研究诸多方面发力,助推ERAS建设,同时促进康复医学自身发展。Enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)has been proposed for 27 years,and introduced into China for 17 years.After anesthesiology proposed to develop into perioperative medicine,it has made rapid progress.However,rehabilitation medicine in China has not fully participated in this process due to the lagging development of its own discipline,and has limited the rapid development of ERAS.Rehabilitation medicine and physical therapy need to promote the construction of ERAS and their own development from the aspects of concept renewal,discipline construction,basic research and clinical research.
