摘 要:[目的/意义]如何识别具有创新性的技术组合、发挥技术间组合效应,对于企业高效开展产品创新活动具有重要价值。[方法/过程]从技术组合进化视角出发,结合SAO语义挖掘、K-Shell分解算法和网络模体算法,提出产品创新机会识别方法。首先,获取与产品相关的专利信息建立产品—专利数据库;其次,提取SAO语义结构,以与技术或产品相关的S(Subject)/O(Object)概念层级实体作为网络节点,A (Action)作为网络连边,构建SAO语义网络;再次,借助K-Shell分解算法与网络模体算法对上述语义网络进行挖掘,识别产品—技术间组合模式;最后,以结直肠癌领域产品为研究对象,开展产品创新机会实证研究,验证方法的可操作性和有效性。[结果/结论]应用结果表明,技术组合进化理论的引入为产品创新机会识别奠定了理论基础,提出的方法能够考虑产品—技术间组合效应,为企业精准高效地推进产品创新活动提供坚实的科学决策依据。[Purpose/significance]Identifying technological innovation combinations and clarifying the inter-technology portfolio is important for enterprises to efficiently carry out product innovation activities.[Method/process]Guided by the theory of technology portfolio evolution,this study proposes a product innovation opportunity identification method based on SAO(Subject-Action-Object)semantic mining,K-Shell decomposition algorithm and network motif detection algorithm.Firstly,this paper obtains patent information related to the product and establishes a product-patent database.Secondly,a heterogeneous SAO network is constructed by extracting SAO structures,with S/O related to technologies or products serving as network nodes and A serving as network edges.Then,K-Shell decomposition algorithm and network motif detection algorithm are used to identify the combination patterns between products and technologies.Finally,empirical research is conducted in the field of colorectal cancer to verify the operability and effectiveness of the proposed method.[Result/conclusion]The application results indicate that the introduction of the theory of technology portfolio evolution lays a theoretical foundation for identifying product innovation opportunities.Furthermore,the proposed method can consider the combination effect between technologies,thus providing enterprises with a scientific decisionmaking reference for accurately and efficiently carrying out product innovation activities.
