摘　　要：世界百年未有之大变局加速演进,中华民族伟大复兴进入关键时期,正确理解何为“世界的中国”与“中国的世界”,对国家发展建设和人类命运走向具有不可估量的思想指引作用。因此,清晰界定并深入阐释二者关系有利于进一步增强全党全国各族人民团结奋斗的强大精神动力。从历史发展和时代脉搏来看,“世界的中国”与“中国的世界”在伦理道德、利益诉求、文明发展以及现代化方式等方面存在着既相互矛盾又内在联系的“张力”关系。面对这种“张力”关系,我们应以中华文化特质思维,即“一分为三”方法论为指导,使二者在新时代及“两个大局”背景下能始终保持良好的动态平衡,推动人类命运共同体巨轮行稳致远。The accelerated evolution of the unprecedented global changes coincides with the coming of the critical stage of the Chinese nation's great rejuvenation.Correctly understanding what constitutes“China from the perspective of the world”and“the world from the perspective of China”plays an immeasurable role in guiding national development and the trajectory of human destiny.Therefore,clearly defining and deeply explaining the relationship between the two is beneficial for further strengthening the powerful ideological drive that unites the entire Party and people of all ethnic groups.From the perspectives of historical development and the pulse of the times,“China from the perspective of the world”and“the world from the perspective of China”are in a relationship of tension,marked by both contradictions and inherent connections in areas such as ethics and morality,interests and aspirations,modernization methods,and diplomatic expression.In the face of this tension,we should be guided by the thinking rooted in the characteristics of Chinese culture,specifically the methodology of“one divides into three”,ensuring that the two maintain a dynamic balance in the new era and in the context of“both the domestic and foreign situations”,thus steering the ship of the community with a shared future for mankind toward a steady and long-term progress.
