摘 要:文章基于性别差异视角,通过选取2017年全国流动人口卫生计生动态监测调查数据,分别采用OLS回归、分位数回归和Oaxaca-Blinder分解、分位数分解对城镇职工男性与农民工男性、城镇职工女性与农民工女性的工资差异进行了估计和分解。研究表明,无论是男性还是女性,城镇职工与农民工的工资差异主要来源于教育及其回报率差异;从分位数分解结果来看,两对群组的工资差异都随着分位数上升而不断增大,呈现出明显的“天花板效应”;两种工资差异分解方法都一致表明,较之于农民工男性,农民工女性受到市场歧视更严重。基于研究结论,政府应出台相关措施以提高农民工人力资本、打破城乡藩篱,尤其对女性农民工应该给予更多的政策照顾。Based on the perspective of gender differences,this article selects the 2017 National Mobile Population Health and Family Planning Dynamic Monitoring Survey data,and uses OLS regression,quantile regression,Oaxaca Blinder decomposition,and quantile decomposition to estimate and decompose the wage differences between urban mobile population males and migrant worker males,as well as urban mobile population males and migrant worker males.The empirical analysis results show that whether it is male or female,the wage difference between urban migrant population and migrant workers mainly comes from the difference in education and its return rate.From the results of quantile decomposition,it can be seen that the wage difference between the two groups increases continuously with the increase of quantiles,showing a clear"ceiling effect";Both methods of decomposing wage differences consistently indicate that compared to male migrant workers,female migrant workers face more severe market discrimination.
