摘 要:“药理学”是研究药物与机体(包括病原体)相互作用及作用规律的一门学科,是药学与临床医学桥梁课程,为临床合理用药奠定了理论基础。同时,药理学也在新药研发过程中处于前端环节,随医药行业的快速发展,新冠疫情爆发以来国家对原研药发展的重视与新时代人才培养所需,我校药理学教学团队对药理学课程进行优化改革。笔者运用信息化教学辅助工具,以线上线下混合式教学模式进行“药理学”课堂教学,通过翻转课堂、案例分析等多种教学模式提高学生学习的积极性、创新性以及课堂教学效果。同时,完善学生的知识结构和能力结构,培养药学领域复合应用型和科技创新型的一流医药学人才,提高药理学课堂教育的多样性,为药理学教育教学改革提供了方向并积累了教学经验。"Pharmacology"is a discipline that studies the interaction between drugs and the body(including pathogens)and the law of action.It is a bridge course between pharmacy and clinical medicine,and lays a theoretical foundation for rational drug use in clinical practice.Pharmacology is also at the forefront of new drug research and development.With the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry and the national emphasis on original drug development,especially following the COVID-19 pandemic,there is a growing need for talent training in the field.This study discusses how to optimize and reform pharmacology education using new information teaching tools,online and offline mixed teaching mode and various teaching modes such as flipped classroom and case analysis to improve students'enthusiasm,creativity,classroom effectiveness as well as students'knowledge structure and ability.The reform is designed to cultivate versatile and innovative pharmaceutical talents,contribute to the diversity of pharmacology education and provide direction and teaching experience for its future development.
