微系统视角下贫困大学生心理资本干预机制研究

摘　　要：基于奥尔德弗的ERG理论,探讨贫困大学生心理资本情况,并从布朗芬布伦纳的微系统视角出发,提出提升贫困大学生心理资本水平的可行性建议,旨在为贫困大学生理想信念教育和心理健康教育提供新思路和新途径。心理资本问卷结果表明:性别这个性属性变量对心理资本总分和自我效能均存在显著性影响,即男生心理资本总体水平尤其是在自我效能感这一维度上显著高于女生;家庭经济情况对希望和乐观均存在显著性影响。因此,从微系统视角来探讨提高贫困大学生心理资本水平路径,以学校主导、家庭配合、同伴参与的方式,画出高校心理育人“同心圆”,是改进贫困大学生理想信念教育和心理健康教育工作的有效途径,对构建和谐校园文化、促进教育公平和社会整体进步具有深远的影响。This paper is based on Alderfer's ERG theory,to explore the psychological capital of poor college students,and from the perspective of Bronfenbrenner's Microsystem,putting forward feasible suggestions on improving psychological capital level of poor college students in higher vocational colleges,aiming to provide new ideas and new ways to higher vocational college students'ideal faith education poverty and mental health education.The results of psychological capital questionnaire show that gender has a significant influence on the total score of psychological capital and self-efficacy,that is,the overall level of male psychological capital,especially the self-efficacy,is significantly higher than that of female.Family economic situation has a significant impact on both hope and optimism.Therefore,there is an effective way to improve the ideal and faith education and mental health education of poor college students to explore the path to improve the level of psychological capital of poor college students from the perspective of microsystem,and to draw the concentric circle of psychological education in colleges and universities by the way of school leadership,and it has a far-reaching impact on building a harmonious campus culture,promoting educational equity and overall social progress.
