助力结合助推理论的自我管理干预对民族地区老年高血压患者的影响

摘　　要：目的评价助力结合助推理论的自我管理干预对民族地区老年高血压患者的自我管理依从性、血压的影响。方法2023年5月至11月选取阿坝州若尔盖县两个村的患者作为试验组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组接受常规高血压健康管理,试验组接受助力结合助推理论的自我管理干预,于干预前及干预3个月、6个月后,采用高血压患者行为依从性量表对两组患者进行评估。结果共57例患者完成干预,其中试验组28例,对照组29例。广义估计方程结果显示,干预6个月后,试验组患者的高血压自我管理依从性量表得分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论助力结合助推理论的自我管理干预可提高患者的自我管理依从性,改善其血压控制情况。Objective To evaluate the effect of self-management intervention based on boost combined with nudge theories on the self-management compliance and blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients in ethnic areas.Methods Elderly hypertensive patients from two villages in Zoige County of Aba Prefecture were selected as the experimental group and the control group from May to November 2023,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional health management for hypertension,while the experimental group received boost and nudge theories based self-management intervention.Compliance of Hypertensive Patients Scale(CHPS)was utilized to assess patients in both groups before intervention and at 3 and 6 months after intervention.Results A total of 57 patients completed the intervention,including 28 patients in the experimental group and 29 patients in the control group.The results of the generalized estimating equation showed that at 6 months after intervention,the CHPS score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-management intervention based on boost combined with nudge theories can increase self-management compliance and improve blood pressure control in elderly hypertensive patients in ethnic areas.
