高职旅游管理专业“一体三元”课程思政育人体系构建研究——以国家“双高”计划建设单位重庆工商职业学院为例

摘　　要：基于工作过程系统化理论,梳理高职旅游管理专业的现状和挑战,结合旅游行业、区域、学校及专业特点,创新性地探索和构建“三目标融合、三课程递进、三课堂联动”的“一体三元”高职旅游管理专业课程思政育人体系,分析其内涵、特色和实施策略,以期将旅游管理专业学生培养成华夏之美的讴歌者与传承人。Based on the theory of work process systematization,this paper sorts out the current situation and challenges of the tourism management major in higher vocational colleges.Combining the characteristics of the tourism industry,the region,the school and the major,it innovatively explores and constructs a“three-element integration”ideological and political education system of the tourism management major in higher vocational colleges,which includes“three-goal integration,three-course progression and three-classroom linkage”.It analyzes its connotation,characteristics and implementation strategies,in order to cultivate students majoring in tourism management into eulogists and inheritors of the beauty of China.
