摘  要:电镜技术与细胞超微结构是针对研究生开设的一门基础性实验课,课程内容分两部分:以细胞超微结构为基础的理论课程和以技术操作为主的实验技术课程。课程内容多,范围广,涉及解剖、组培、生理、病理等在内的各项医学基础课程。课程教学质量不仅关乎学生的实验技术能力,对培养学生的科研思维也具有重要意义。现结合昆明医科大学电镜技术与细胞超微结构课程的教学现状,对教学内容、课时设置、教学模式和考核方式等环节进行改革和创新,文章不仅让学生更快更好地掌握透射电镜实验操作技能,提高课程的教学质量和水平,同时,也为专业实验教学改革提供有益的线索。Transmission electron microscopy and cell ultrastructure is a foundational experimental course for graduate students,divided into two parts:a theoretical course based on cell ultrastructure and an experimental technology course focused on technical operations.The course content is extensive and covers a wide range of topics,including various basic medical courses such as anatomy,tissue culture,physiology,pathology,etc.The teaching quality of this course not only impacts students'experimental technical skills but is also crucial for cultivating their scientific re‐search thinking.Combining the current teaching status of transmission electron microscopy and cell ultrastructure at Kunming Medical University,this paper explores reforms and innovations in teaching content,class hour allocation,teaching models,and assessment methods.The aim is to enable students to master transmission electron microscopy experimental operation skills more quickly and effectively,thereby improving the teaching quality and level of the course,while also providing valuable insights for the reform of professional experimental teaching.
