摘　　要：数字技术赋能医疗健康管理的背景下,我国人口老龄化问题逐渐深化,新媒体健康信息纷繁复杂,渗透进了老年人的日常生活的各个角落,老年人群体和年轻群体之间产生的数字鸿沟和代际隔阂导致了老年人接触健康信息的各种障碍,给老年人带来许多社会生活上的困难。当前我们需要从老年人的个人健康保障、社会参与权利赋予和社会价值实现等方面着眼,针对老年人数字接入沟、数字使用沟和数字知识沟这三个层面的现状来探讨健康知识鸿沟弥合路径。把握好数字化技术发展和现实人文关怀服务之间的平衡,协同合作来打造宽容普惠的数字化社会。Under the background of digital technology empowering healthcare management,the deepening issue of population aging in China has highlighted a growing digital divide and generational gap between the elderly and younger groups.The complexity of health information from new media has permeated every aspect of elderly individuals'daily lives,creating obstacles in accessing health information and presenting significant challenges in their social lives.To address this,it is essential to focus on elderly individuals'personal health security,empowerment in social participation,and the realization of social value.This paper explores pathways to bridge the health knowledge gap by examining the current state of the digital access gap,digital usage gap,and digital knowledge gap for the elderly.Striking a balance between digital technology development and real-world humanistic care services,collaborative efforts can help build an inclusive and accessible digital society.
