社会工作介入农村哀伤抚慰服务的实践路径探析

摘　　要：基于系统理论,运用案例研究与文献研究方法,探讨社会工作介入农村哀伤抚慰服务的实践路径。首先,引入专业社会工作服务可以有效弥补传统哀伤抚慰方式的不足。其次,社会工作介入哀伤抚慰服务面临资源“拼图”难凑齐、需求“鸿沟”待跨越、习俗“篱笆”难跨越等现实困境。最后,提出因地制宜整合本土资源提供全方位服务,因人而异培训专业团队提供个性化服务,与时俱进持续评估改进提供专业性服务等推动社会工作介入农村哀伤抚慰服务实践的优化路径。Based on system theory,this paper uses case study and literature review methods to explore the practical path of social work intervention in rural grief consoling service.First of all,the introduction of professional social work services can effectively make up for the shortcomings of traditional grieving methods.Secondly,the article reveals the practical difficulties of social work intervention in grief consoling services,such as the difficulty of assembling resources,bridging the gap between needs and services,and overcoming traditional customs.Finally,the paper puts forward the optimization path to promote social work intervention in rural grief consoling service practice,such as integrating local resources to provide comprehensive support,training specialized teams to provide personalized services for different people,and continuously evaluating and improving professional services.
