数字化病案信息技术在医院管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探究数字化病案信息技术在医院管理中的应用。方法:选取陇南市武都区卫健局干部保健中心2019年1月至2020年2月与2021年4月至2022年6月两个时间段分别纳入的500份病案资料作为研究对象,所有病案按时间点不同分为对照组和研究组,对照组(n=500)采用常规病案管理方式,研究组(n=500)则应用数字化病案信息技术管理方式,比较两组病案管理质量、总利用率、调用时间和保存满意度以及工作人员管理业务能力。结果:经对比,研究组病案问题总发生率(1.20%)低于对照组(32.20%),管理(各方面)质量高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组病案总利用率(62.40%)高于对照组(38.00%),(P<0.05);研究组病案调用时间(2.49±1.07)min低于对照组(9.97±3.64)min,病案保存满意度(2.67±0.32)分高于对照组(1.97±0.05)分,(P<0.05);研究组工作人员管理业务能力(各维度)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:数字化病案信息技术的应用,可提高医院病案利用效率,缩短病案调用时间,提高医院病案管理质量,有助于促进医院平稳发展。Objective:To explore the application of digital medical record information technology in hospital management.Methods:500 medical record data included to the Cadre Health Center of Wudu District Health Bureau in Longnan City from January 2019 to February 2020 and from April 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.All medical records were divided into a control group and a study group according to different time points.The control group(n=500)used conventional medical record management methods,while the study group(n=500)used digital medical record information technology management methods.The quality of medical record management,total utilization rate,retrieval time,preservation satisfaction,and staff management business capabilities were compared between the two groups.Results:After comparison,the total incidence rate of medical record problems in the study group(1.20%)was lower than that in the control group(32.20%),and the quality of management(in all aspects)in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total utilization rate of medical records in the study group(62.40%)was higher than that in the control group(38.00%)(P<0.05);The retrieval time of medical records in the study group(2.49±1.07)min was lower than that in the control group(9.97±3.64)min,and the satisfaction with medical record preservation in the study group(2.67±0.32)points was higher than that in the control group(1.97±0.05)points(P<0.05);The staff management business capabilities(in all dimensions)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of digital medical record information technology can improve the utilization efficiency of hospital medical records,shorten the retrieval time of medical records,improve the quality of hospital medical record management,and help promote the stable development of hospitals.
