摘　　要：数字生活已经成为了社会生活不可或缺的组成部分,深刻地塑造人们的语言生活。本文探讨数字化转型中的语言能力,参照前人关于语言能力的探索及当前数字语言生活现实,阐述数字语言能力的构成,包括知识、技能、伦理、治理四个模块:1)知识涵盖语言知识、数字技术知识和基本常识;2)技能分为语言技能和数字技能;3)伦理指人们在数字语言生活中需要遵循的道德准则;4)治理包括语言治理意识、知识、态度、技术及评估。数字语言能力的各个模块之间有机关联,是具有层级性的动态系统。该框架有助于构建数字语言能力评价体系,为数字语言教育及数字中国建设服务。Digital life,which has become an essential part of social life,is profoundly shaping our language life.With reference to previous explorations of linguistic competence or ability and current digital language life as a social reality,this article is a discussion of language capacity in digital transformation,particularizing the components of digital language capacity,including knowledge,skills,ethics and governance.The four modules are further elaborated as follows:1)the knowledge module covers linguistic knowledge,knowledge of digital technologies and basic knowledge;2)the skills module consists of language skills and digital skills;3)the ethics module refers to the moral principles and standards to be followed in digital language life;and 4)the governance module is an integration of language governance ideology,knowledge,attitudes,techniques and evaluation.The above four modules,organically linked,constitute a hierarchical dynamic system.This theoretical framework supposedly contributes to digital language capacity assessment,serving the needs of digital language education and building Digital China.
