浅析长三角区域县级综合性公立医院专科发展现状及策略——以眼科为例

摘　　要：为加快推动长三角医疗卫生一体化建设走深走实,本文以长三角区域内县级综合性公立医院作为研究对象,对医院各专科资源配置、专科能力等方面进行全方位调研分析,具体从专科资源配置、专科能力两大模块进行调研,其中专科资源配置包括专科设置和布局、专科规模、硬件及设备设施、人力资源等的配备情况;专科能力包括专科医疗技术能力、科研能力。本文以眼科为例,通过调研,总结了县级医院眼科发展存在的主要问题,讨论并提出县级综合性公立医院专科发展的策略。In order to accelerate the deepening and implementation of the integrated construction of medical and health care in the Yangtze River Delta region,this article takes county-level comprehensive public hos-pitals in the Yangtze River Delta region as the research object,and conducts comprehensive research and a-nalysis on the allocation of various specialty resources,specialty capabilities,and other aspects of the hos-pital.Specifically,research is conducted from two modules:specialty resource allocation and specialty ca-pabilities.Specialty resource allocation includes specialty settings and layout,specialty scale,hardware and equipment facilities,and the allocation of human resources;Specialized abilities include specialized medical technology and scientific research abilities.This article takes ophthalmology as an example,sum-marizes the main problems in the development of ophthalmology in county-level hospitals through re-search,and discusses and proposes strategies for the specialized development of county-level comprehen-sive public hospitals.
