摘　　要：开放系统理论(Open Systems Theory)不但考虑到影响组织的内部因素,还考虑到影响组织的外部因素。在高校人文教育体系中引入开放系统管理理论,旨在构建一个更加科学、开放、动态的教学系统,以提高教学质量,培养具备创新精神和实践能力的人才。本文在开放系统管理理论的指导下,结合目前中国高校钢琴教育现状,构建了基于开放系统管理理论的高校钢琴教育体系模型,从教学投入、教学转换、教学产出和外部环境反馈四个维度进行阐释。Open Systems Theory not only considers the internal factors that influence an organization,but also the external factors that influence the organization.The introduction of open system management the-ory into the liberal education system in universities aims to build a more scientific,open,and dynamic teaching system to improve teaching quality and cultivate talents with innovative spirit and practical abili-ty.This article,guided by the theory of open systems management and combined with the current situa-tion of piano education in Chinese universities,constructs a piano education system model in universities based on the theory of open systems management.It explains from four dimensions:teaching investment,teaching transformation,teaching output,and external environmental feedback.
