摘　　要：如何加速制造业企业新质生产力形成是新一轮科技革命和培育新动能的核心议题。本文基于纵向单案例探索性研究,结合战略认知理论和技术可供性理论,构建“认知-行为-结果”逻辑框架,解构数智化加速单项冠军企业新质生产力形成的过程机制。研究结果表明:(1)制造业单项冠军企业在“信息化-数字化-数智化”的转型过程中,遵循“传统生产力提升-新质生产力初现-新质生产力形成”路径;(2)战略认知更新、技术可供性实现、生产力要素调整是数智化转型驱动单项冠军企业新质生产力形成的深层次机制,且数智化转型驱动新质生产力形成的过程经历了从战略认知到生产力变化的三次动态迭代;(3)在新质生产力形成期,企业基于外部环境认知和内部需求形成数智化战略认知,助力企业形成过程管理可供性、协同可供性和组织记忆可供性,促进劳动者、劳动资料和劳动对象三个方面的劳动力要素重构,进而加速新质生产力形成。研究结论揭示了数智化加速先进制造业企业新质生产力形成的内在机理及实现路径,能够为企业数智化转型实践与新质生产力培育提供重要启示。The cultivation and accelerated development of new quality productive forces(NQPF)have emerged as the focal points and priorities for governments at all levels and various industrial sectors in China.How to accelerate the formation of NQPF in manufacturing enterprises is the core issue of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and the cultivation of new kinetic energy.The rising tide of digital transformation provides significant impetus for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and stimulating the emergence of NQPF.Based on the longitudinal single-case study and the theory of technology affordance,this paper constructs a logical framework of cognition,behavior and outcome,and deconstructs the process mechanism through which digital intelligence accelerates the formation of NQPF in single-item champion enterprises.At the process level,manufacturing single-item champion enterprises follow the path of improvements in traditional productive forces,emergence of NQPF and formation of NQPF from informatization to digitalization,and then to digital intelligence.At the intrinsic mechanism level,the update of strategic cognition,the realization of technology availability and the adjustment of production factors are the deep-seated mechanisms for the formation of NQPF in single-item champion enterprises driven by digital intelligence.Furthermore,this process has undergone three dynamic iterations from strategic cognition to the change of productive forces.Regarding the formation mechanism of NQPF,single-item champion enterprises develop digital and intelligent strategic cognition based on external environment cognition and internal needs.It facilitates process management empowerment,collaborative empowerment and organizational memory enhancement,promoting the reconstruction of labor factors including laborers,labor materials and labor objects,so as to accelerate the formation of NQPF.In light of the research findings,advanced manufacturing enterprises ought to prioritize t
