从“气有余便是火”论丹栀逍遥散治疗乳腺癌患者内分泌治疗后类围绝经期综合征

摘　　要：类围绝经期综合征作为乳腺癌内分泌治疗后的常见并发症极大地影响了患者的治疗和预后。乳腺癌患者在经过内分泌治疗后耗伤阴血,肝失疏泄导致“气有余”,继而化火,“气有余便是火”是乳腺癌患者内分泌治疗后出现并发症的核心病机。使用经典复方丹栀逍遥散加减可以有效改善乳腺癌患者出现的内分泌治疗并发症,从而提高患者生活质量。The syndrome of menopausal like symptoms significantly affects the treatment and prognosis of breast cancer patients after endocrine therapy.Breast cancer patients experience depletion of Yin and blood after endocrine therapy,with liver impairment leading to excessive Qi,which then transforms into fire.Excessive Qi causing fire is the core pathogenesis of complications in breast cancer patients after endocrine therapy.The use of classic compound Danzhi Xiaoyao powder can effectively improve the endocrine therapy complications of breast cancer patients and improving the quality of life of patients.
