摘　　要：结直肠癌是中国一种普遍存在的消化系统恶性肿瘤,其治疗主要依赖于手术以及术后的辅助放射性化疗。然而,放化疗可能会引发如骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应等副作用,这可能导致患者无法承受治疗,甚至可能引发肿瘤复发。而近些年中医药因其对肿瘤的疗效明确、毒副作用小而广受医患群体的青睐。张东伟主任医师通过临床观察,认为中晚期结直肠癌患者多为虚实夹杂、寒热互结之证,符合《伤寒论》六经辨证中厥阴病的范畴。乌梅丸作为伤寒论中常见用方,常用于治疗胃肠道疾病或虚实寒热错杂之证,现代医学研究发现乌梅丸对抑制肿瘤转移、降低肿瘤复发、减少药物副作用也有一定的疗效。Colorectal cancer is a common digestive system malignancy in China.Its treatment mainly relies on surgery and postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy.However,radiotherapy and chemotherapy may cause side effects such as bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reactions,which may make patients unable to bear the treatment and may even cause tumor recurrence.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has been widely favored by doctors and patients because of its clear efficacy on tumors and low toxicity and side effects.Chief physician ZHANG Dongwei believes through clinical observation that patients with middle and late stage colorectal cancer are mostly mixed with deficiency and excess,cold and heat syndrome,which conforms to the category of Jueyin disease in the six meridians differentiation of“Treatise on Febrile Diseases”.Wumei Pills,as a common prescription in“Treatise on Febrile Diseases”,is often used to treat gastrointestinal diseases or mixed def iciency and excess,cold and heat syn-drome.Modern medical research has found that Wumei Pills also have a certain effect on inhibiting tumor metastasis,reducing tumor recurrence,and reducing drug side effects.
