摘 要:在潘光旦的社会思想中,青年教育问题占据特殊且重要的位置。这一方面是因为潘光旦对青年人格成长的热切关注,另一方面是由于青年群体在当时的时代浪潮中已成为不可忽视的革新力量。本文尝试以自明、弘毅与忠恕三个面向为线索,探讨潘光旦青年教育思想中人格培养的内涵:自明着重于客观精神的培养,弘毅着重于青年志向的引领,忠恕着重于人我关系的平衡。这三方面最终都指向如何培养青年的“毋我”精神。In the social thought of Pan Guangdan,the issue of youth education occupies a special and significant position.This is partly due to Pan Guangdan's keen attention to the development of the young people's personalities,and partly due to the fact that the youth had become an indispensable force for innovation at that time.This article attempts to explore the connotation of personality cultivation in his youth education,which has three aspects:Ziming(自明),Hongyi(弘毅),and Zhongsu(忠恕).Ziming emphasizes the cultivation of objective spirit,Hongyi emphasizes the guidance of the aspirations of the youth,and Zhongsu emphasizes the balance of interpersonal relationships.All these three aspects ultimately point to the cultivation of the spirit of“De-egoism(毋我)”among young people.
